In my opinion, professional photography is perhaps the most important marketing aspect that a home seller should consider.
Unfortunately, with the low cost of my listing plan, the cost of professional photos are not included.
However, I can still help you in other ways.
There are two options:
Seller pays for their own professional photography, and will send the photos to me to add to the listing.
Seller will take their own photos and upload them to me. I will have my professional photo editors enhance the photos at no additional cost to the seller.
Any other optional photo editing service, like virtual staging and item removal, would be an additional cost paid by the home seller.
